What is a home? Is it a place, or is it how you feel when you're there? Is it the calm of a mountain morning, the radiance of a stone fireplace, or the quiet delight of watching your garden grow while the chickens wander nearby? This timberframe style chink log cabin on 2.72 unrestricted acres offers room for it all. Just five minutes from town, with mountain views and paved access, the property invites you to imagine a different pace of life. Could you see yourself tending a garden, working in the barn, spending long afternoons on the wraparound porches, or merely enjoying the feeling of having room to breathe? Inside, gleaming wood walls, ceilings, and floors surround a massive stone fireplace, while the main-level primary suite makes everyday living comfortable. Fresh exterior paint, a classic red standing-seam metal roof, a basement garage, a finished bonus room, and workshop space add practicality to the charm. The large barn even has a full bathroom. What would you do with 2.72 unrestricted acres? What traditions might begin here? And what if coming home could feel a little more like the life you've always wanted? Some properties are hard to describe because their appeal goes beyond the features. This is one you have to feel.
